It seems so simple. When I think about it logically, it seems like the natural systems of feedbacks would help to keep us in balance. Emotionally, physically, most every way.

But it doesn’t work that way, at least not for me. And I’m not sure why. Is it just ingrained habits and cycles? Do I ignore the feedback that would keep me in balance?

I don’t know, but that’s something I’m trying to figure out.
